Plasma
The technology of plasma gas is one of the methods used to create flat-panel TV. In addition to enabling the creation of TV thin and light that can be hung on the wall, plasma offers other advantages. The display consists of two transparent glass panels with a thin layer of pixels between them (think of it as a layer containing about one million small fluorescent bulbs - the pixels). Each pixel is composed of three gas-filled cells or subpixels (one each for red, one green and one blue). A network of smaller electron an electric current applied to individual cells, causing the gas is ionic. This ionized gas (plasma) emits high-frequency UV rays, which stimulate the cells of phosphorus, making it shine, and creates the TV image.
